In July and August 2022, Acosta Danza will be performing Tocororo Suite at a number of venues across Spain. Tocororo Suite comprises a suite of dances taken from Tocororo: A Cuban Tale, which was Carlos Acosta’s first dance theatre piece that he choreographed and starred in. It received its premiere in 2003 at the Gran Teatro de la Habana Alicia Alonso in Havana, Cuba. It was later nominated for an Olivier.
